City Plans 9/11 Memorial, Back to School for Englewood Cliffs This Week

Coming up this week in Englewood and Englewood Cliffs

The city will host a 9/11 memorial service this Wednesday for the seven Englewood residents who lost their lives in the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, as per information listed on the Englewood Public Library website. 

The service will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Park across from the Bank of America and the corner of Park Place and North Dean Street. In the event of inclement weather the service will be held at the bergenPac. A reception will follow at Solaia's at 22 North Van Brunt Street.

• It's the first full week of school now that it's back in session. Englewood Cliffs public schools reopen on Monday while Englewood public school started last Friday. 
• Englewood Cliffs Board of Education meets Monday night at 7 p.m.
