Daisy Leach, Retired Social Services Supervisor, Dies at 72

Daisy D. Leach of Englewood died last Saturday, according to an obituary notice on Legacy.com. She was 72 years old.

Leach was employed by the Bergen County Board of Social Services as a supervisor for over 25 years; she retired at the end of 2000.

She was predeceased by her brother Peter Richardson.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Charles Edward Lech; siblings Natalie and Jessie Lewis, Harry and Margaret Richardson and Raymond Richardson;  in-laws Eva McWillis, Shirley Femister and Leonard Leach; three stepchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and loving friends.

Arrangements are being managed by Nesbitt Funeral Home. Visitation takes place Monday from 7-9 p.m. at Galilee Methodist Church, 325 Genesee Ave., Englewood. The funeral takes place Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the church
