Eddie Murphy’s Englewood Mansion Sells for $10.4M
Alicia Keys reportedly moving to the 32-room mansion

Eddie Murphy’s sprawling estate in Englewood’s exclusive East Hill section has sold for $10.4 million and reports link the sale to Grammy-winner Alicia Keys.
The $10.42 million deal closed significantly below the original $30 million asking price, reports NorthJersey.com. Records show the 13,000-square-foot Brayton Street home was purchased by Todd Gelfand, who is a business manager for Keys and trustee of the Honeycomb Trust.
Keys and her husband, producer Swizz Beatz, were moving into the 32-room Englewood mansion from New York City, sources told the New York Post in October. The Honeycomb Trust was reportedly used to sell the couple’s posh Soho apartment.
