Englewood Man Dead After Teaneck Shooting

A 20-year-old Englewood man was shot and killed in Amman Park on Saturday afternoon. The Prosecutor's Office is investigating.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office is investigating after an Englewood resident was shot and killed in Teaneck on Saturday afternoon.

Maximillian Reyes, 20, was shot in Ammann Park on Saturday at 3:59 p.m., the prosecutor said.

Police responded to the park after receiving a 9-1-1 call from Reyes, authorities said. He was transported to a local hospital by ambulance, where he later died.

The investigation is being conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and the Teaneck Police Department.
