
The Englewood Cliffs Board of Health is offering a flu shot clinic to residents ages 3 and up.Â
The clinic will be held Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Upper School at 143 Charlotte Place.Â
Anyone age 3 and up with valid identification is eligible and children must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian. The cost is $20 for those ages 3 through 64 without medicare.Â
There is no cost for anyone over the age of 65 with valid Medicare card  and identification.Â
The Board of Health reports there is no need for pre-registration however forms are available as of Sept. 16 and will be available the day of the flu clinic.
