Englewood Man Killed in North Dean Street Crash
Kwasi Mendoza, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
An Englewood man was killed early Saturday morning in a car accident on North Dean Street.
According to a police statement, emergency responders arrived at North Dean Street, north of Concord Street, where a vehicle had struck an abutment just after 3 a.m. Saturday. The driver, Kwasi Mendoza, 28, of Englewood, was found inside the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said there were no obvious contributing factors at the scene. Â
