New Stretching Studio Opens In Englewood

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — A new stretching studio has opened in the city.

Kika Stretch Studio offers customized stretching sessions.

The studio helps clients unlock flexibility and helps clients measure their age in "flexibility years" using the Kika Method, a form of passive stretching where an external force is exerted on a limb to help them move into a new position.

Ana and Bernard Boucicaut, both registered nurses, own the Englewood location.

"The benefits of The Kika Method are mental clarity, improved posture, decreased stress, enhanced performance, improved flexibility, and much more," Ana Boucicaut said in a statement. "We are so excited to expand Kika Stretch Studio’s footprint in the town of Englewood , and the state of New Jersey, as a whole."

Launching seven years ago, Kika Stretch Studios has locations in Montclair, Westfield and New York City.

The Englewood studio is located at 40 West Palisade Ave., Suite 210.
