Playa Bowls Showcasing Englewood Students' Artwork

Students from Dwight Englewood and Dwight Morrow schools collaborated to create a mural at Playa Bowls.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Playa Bowls has teamed up with a local art group to showcase the artistic talents of Englewood students.

The mural was created by students from Dwight Englewood and Dwight Morrow high schools through a collaboration between Englewood Art Walls and Playa Bowls.

Art Walls and Playa Bowls joined forces last fall and put a call out for student artists to help create the mural. Twenty students collaborated to create the wall.

The mural will be unveiled at Playa Bowls on Palisade Avenue at 4 p.m. Saturday.

Englewood Art Walls was created by the Englewood Family League. The organization worked to bring art and creative programming to local communities.
