Projected Winter Storm Moves Area Public Schools to Close Early

The snow is starting, and the Englewood and Englewood Cliffs public schools are taking action to keep students and staffers safe. The schools will follow an early dismissal schedule Tuesday in advance of the snow and extreme cold coming this way. 

Englewood Cliffs public schools will dismiss students two hours early.

The closing schedule for Englewood schools is as follows: 

Quarles dismissal at 12:30 p.m. for non-bus riders; 12:45 p.m. for students using bus transportation
Grieco dismissal at 1:35 p.m.
McCloud dismissal at 1:25 p.m.
JDMS dismissal at 12:35 p.m.
Eagle dismissal at 1:02 p.m.
DMHS and A @ E dismissal at 12:54 p.m. 

All after school and evening activities are canceled.  

Also, Englewood On The Palisade Charter School will close at noon.
