Report: Ruling Coming Soon in Sexual Harassment Suit Naming Ex-Englewood Hospital CEO
Douglas Duchak is accused of creating a hostile workplace, sexually harassing the hospital's director of marketing and communications.

A ruling over whether former Englewood Hospital CEO Douglas Duchak sexually harassed the hospital's director of marketing and communications is expected within the next few days, according to northjersey.com.
Maria Margiotta filed a civil suit alleging Duchak made numerous inappropriate sexual comments and once pushed her against a car and kissed her. Duchak resigned in January but remained with the hospital in a fundraising capacity for months.
According to northjersey.com, an attorney representing Englewood Hospital requested a dismissal of Margiotta's suit, claiming it took all the right steps when notified of the allegations. Those steps included removing Duchak from his position as president and CEO of the hospital.
The criminal trial against Duchak is scheduled for September, the news website reported.
