NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT TO PURCHASE AN OIL JACKETED HEATED DUMPING HOT BOX UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (NCPA, CONTRACT #05-26)

The Township of East Hanover intends to participate in the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance contract to purchase a Hot Box from Timmerman Equipment Company (Stepp Manufacturing Dealer), Contract #05-26.

Manufacturer: Stepp Manufacturing

Equipment: Oil Jacketed Heated Dumping Hot Box, Item # SPHD, 3 Cubic Yards, 4 Ton Capacity

Contract Period Expiration: 12/31/2021

It is the intent of the Township of East Hanover to make a contract award to Timmerman Equipment Company pursuant to the proposal submitted to the Superintendent of Public Works, Marc Macaluso.
