Balance Medical Care Opens In Saddle Brook

SADDLE BROOK, NJ — A new medical practice has opened in the borough: Balance Medical Care.

Dr. Ruby Kapadia comes from a family of physicians. Her mom is a psychiatrist and her sisters are doctors.

"Women's health is very important to me. My philosophy of caring for people is based on compassion," Kapadia said. "I treat all of my patients like they are my family and friends. I wouldn't give them something I'm not comfortable giving myself. I really do care for my patients."

Kapadia is a primary care physician who treats everyone from adolescents to adults. She also specializes in in hair restoration, weight management, and even mental health. She also has extensive experience in osteopathic medicine.

Kapadia takes a patient's entire history into account when developing a strategy of care for them.

"I love building close relationships with my patients," Kapadia said. "It is rewarding that way because I love to see them heal and recover. And, on the other side, if something comes up they are concerned about, they can bring it up with me."
