CVS Announces Drive-Thru Coronavirus Testing In Fair Lawn

The company added over 2,000 new drive-thru testing sites across the country, including 21 in New Jersey.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — CVS Health announced Thursday the opening of 21 new drive-thru COVID-19 testing sites in New Jersey, including a location in Fair Lawn.

The site, open on Friday, is one of over 2,000 that the company will open across the country, according to a news release.

"Since opening our first test site in March, we’ve been able to quickly adapt to the changing landscape in order to make it easier for people in the communities we serve to access testing," said Jon Roberts, Chief Operating Officer, CVS Health and acting President, CVS Pharmacy.

"We recognize the critical role testing plays in helping to manage the spread of the virus and are incredibly proud of how our teams have responded to this need while continuing to take care of our customers, clients and patients."

According to the release, self-swab tests are no cost to patients. To schedule an appointment, visit the CVS website.

Test results are available within two to three business days on average, the company said.
