Dunkin’, Bubbakoo Burritos Coming To Saddle Brook
The two recently signed deals to lease space at a new Saddle Brook shopping center on Market Street.

SADDLE BROOK, NJ – Dunkin’ and Bubbakoo Burritos have been added the lineup of tenants at a new Saddle Brook shopping center.
The two businesses recently signed deals to lease space at 110 Market Street, a recently redeveloped property in the township, according to leasing company Cushman & Wakefield
Dunkin’ will lease a 1,802 square-foot-store, which will allow for the relocation of a local existing franchise, Cushman & Wakefield said.

Bukkaboo Burritos will open its second Bergen County location in a 1,695-square foot space at 110 Market Street. The chain, which was launched in Point Pleasant about a decade ago, offers made-to-order burritos, bowls, tacos, salad, nachos and quesadillas.
There is also a Bukkaboo Burritos in Oakland.

The property at 110 Market Street also includes eight apartment units, as well as Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar and Bella, a nail salon.
Mark Malas, a Cushman & Wakefield associate, said Dunkin’ and Bukkaboo Burritos are “two popular concepts” that make for “great additions to round out the tenant base.”
“Our vision to create a retail offering that would attract complementary businesses and bring desirable new options for area residents has truly become a reality,” he said.
