The Fair Lawn Council is scheduled to hold a conference session meeting Tuesday night.
Officials are scheduled to discuss next year's budget, the ADA Committee, a fire department lock box ordinance and other issues at their meeting this week. They will also discuss possible litigation over a tax appeal of the Hadco site and the appointments of board members and professionals during closed sessions.
The open session is expected to start at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday in the municipal building following a closed session discussion. The agenda is available here.Â
