Homemade Barbecue Joint Opens Up Shop At Fair Lawn Bar
Gentle Giant Brewing brings its food and smoker to Stosh's.
FAIR LAWN, N.J. — Some homemade barbecue is coming to the borough.
Gentle Giant Brewing, a barbecue restaurant and brewery based in Pearl River, New York, is bringing its food and craft beer bar to Stosh's in Fair Lawn. The move is being orchestrated while work is done at the restaurant's home location.
Food will be made outside and cooked in a smoker.

There will be St. Louis- and Texas-style ribs, chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, and Kevin Bacon Mac and Cheezus.
Food will be sold only the weekends, Fridays and Saturdays from 6 to 11 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
