Inside Fair Lawn: 'Community Quilt' on Display at Library
Exhibit remains open through Aug. 29.

The Pine Gallery recently held an opening reception for “Community Quit,” a mixed media project that encouraged participants to share—through art—what the Maurice M. Pine Library means to them.
The culmination of the project was a large patchwork quilt featuring 96 individual 4x4 unique mixed media squares.
Members of the Opportunity Center, and others, spent months working on this project, which runs through Aug. 29 in the Pine Gallery on Level C and will remain in the library after the exhibit closes.
