Kids Can Earn Free Bubbakoo's Burritos By Reading
Bubbakoo's is located in Oakland and plans to open in Saddle Brook early next year.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – Bubbakoo Burritos recently launched a program that offers students a free meal in exchange for reading more books.
The new "Read It To Eat It" initiative allows teachers to sign upto receive a package of free meal coupons and book checklists. After students complete the book checklist, they turn it in to their teacher in order to receive a free meal coupon, according to Bubbakoo Burritos.
The ongoing program is available to all students in grades K-12 and about 120 schools have signed up for it already.

Locally, Bubbakoo Burritos has a restaurant in Oakland. Early next year, a second Bergen County location will open in a new Saddle Brook shopping center on Market Street.

The chain, which was launched in Point Pleasant about a decade ago, offers made-to-order burritos, bowls, tacos, salad, nachos and quesadillas.
