Bergen Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Teen
Alleged incidents occurred in 2009 when the victim was 14, the prosecutor's office said.

A Teaneck man has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Kevin Wright, 48, has been charged with two counts of sexual and criminal sexual contact and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Wright is accused of engaging in “inappropriate sexual activity” on several occasions in 2009 with a then-14-year-old girl. The victim, now 19, recently told her mother about the alleged activity, the prosecutor’s office said.

The victim’s mother notified the Englewood Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit interviewed the teen who gave investigators specific details how Wright sexually assaulted her, the prosecutor’s office said.
The victim knew Wright through a relative, the prosecutor’s office said.
