Celebrity Chefs To Kickoff Fort Lee Restaurant Week
46 restaurants from Fort Lee and the surrounding area will be participating in the second annual event.

FORT LEE, NJ — Two celebrity chefs will help kickoff the borough's second-annual restaurant week, which begins Thursday.
David Burke and Josh Capon will visit the following restaurants from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday:
- Simply Juiced
- Q Tea Tapas
- Yea Jip
- Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood
- L’Orange Bleue
- Prost
- Wok Bar
- 16 Handles
- City Perch
Each restaurant will offer some of their most popular dishes, promote special menus and feature dishes from $15 to $30.

Burke, a New Jersey native, is an expert in French culinary technique and received three stars from The New York Times and has represented the United States at The International Culinary Competition. He is also the only American to win the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Diplome d’Honneur. Burke participated in the restaurant week last year.
Capon hosts Spike TV's first food series "Frankenfood," which premiered in 2014. He is also executive chef of Lure Fishbar, B&B Winepub and El Toro Blanco in New York City.

“We are thrilled to have chefs Burke and Capon participate in our restaurant week and can’t think of a better way to kick off this exciting event," said Stuart Z. Koperweis, executive director of the Fort Lee Business District Alliance, which is sponsoring the restaurant week.
Located at the foot of the George Washington Bridge, many Fort Lee restaurants offer picturesque views of the Hudson River and downtown Manhattan.
