New Jersey Luxury Real Estate Agent Joshua M. Baris Ranks No. 1 Out Of Approx. 12,500 New Jersey MLS Sales Associates
FORT LEE, N.J. (Feb. 26, 2020) — In 2019, Coldwell Banker Realty sales associate and luxury property specialist Joshua M. Baris ranked No. 1 out of approximately 12,500 individual sales associates listed in the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (MLS) based on total sales volume. Baris closed more than 40 transactions totaling over $62 million in closed sales volume in 2019. He also ranked No. 1 for the greatest number of luxury listings sold over $2 million including four properties exceeding $3 million and a record-breaking $7 million sale in Saddle River.
Baris also holds the highest-priced listings sold in 2019 for Cresskill, Demarest, Saddle River and Englewood Cliffs. This adds to his 2018 achievements of the highest-priced listings sold in Montville, Cresskill, Upper Saddle River, Branchville and Totowa. Baris was once again recognized on the REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professionals list in 2019, placing him among the top ½ of 1% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the United States.
