New Lawsuit for Fort Lee High School: Gibson Vs. Board of Ed (HIB
lawsuit Docket #BER-L-004437-18 (Tyrene Gibson VS. Board of Ed Fort Lee, NJ)
AGT was a student at Fort Lee High school until February 27. 2018 and placed at
Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus, New Jersey. I removed her her from Fort
Lee High School because the school FAILED to protect her rights and as a result caused
AGT to be unable to continue at this school. AGT was harassed, bully and intimidated by her
chemistry teacher Mrs. Suzanne Keefe. The harassment, bullying and intimidation was reported
to the principle Mrs. Glynn of this school; and other school personnel, and the District Failed to
investigate in the way mandated by the laws of this state. The district violated AGT's rights under NJSA 18A:37-13 et.seq. The district also violated her rights under The Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
the equal protection and due and due process clauses of the U.S. Constitution and the N.J. Constitution, and Civil Rights Act.
The letter of intent was received by the board's attorney Mr. Dennis Mc Keever on March 27, 2018.
The board members were not informed of the letter of intent until April 26, 2018.
The board members were inform only because I emailed all of them. The Board's attorney and the superintendent Mr. Kenneth Rota were trying to sweep this case under the rug.
