Registration for Bergen County Weight Loss Challenge to Begin March 2

Along with height, weight, BMI and blood pressure measurements, the program will offer free educational seminars and more.

Registration for the Bergen County Weight Loss Challenge will begin on Monday, March 2.

The wellness initiative is a 12-week program that will help Bergen County residents “take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle,” stated a press release.

Along with height, weight, BMI and blood pressure measurements, the program will also offer free educational seminars about goal setting, healthy eating and exercising safely. Participants will also have private weekly weigh-ins and blood pressure check-ups for free.

Registration will be held at HNH Fitness in Oradell, which is a medically integrated fitness and wellness facility owned and operated by Holy Name Medical Center. Participants must be a resident of Bergen County and be 18 or older.

HNH Fitness is located at 514 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell.
