UPDATE: GIBSON vs. FORT LEE BOARD of ED LAWSUIT

The Fort Lee school board of Ed continues to refuse to address the issues with the plaintiff’s attorney Debra F. Schneider. Instead, the board of Ed unsuccessfully tried to have the case dismissed by transferring it to Federal District court. Plaintiff’s Attorney succeeded in having the case returned to NJ Superior Court, Bergen County. Looks as thought this case will go to trial.
