Want To Own The Cookie Jar House In Gloucester Township? Owners Are Taking Offers

WOW House: The Bermans are accepting offers for this unique home in Gloucester Township.

GLENDORA, NJ — The Cookie Jar House might not be officially on the market, but the its owners are accepting offers.

Robert and Tina Bowman bought the house, which is a wraparound three-story home believed to be the only house of its kind in America, in 1997, according to nj.com. Berman said he thinks a woman in Kansas came up with the concept because her home kept getting whipped around by tornadoes. Other Cookie Jar Houses were to follow, but never did, for an unknown reason.
