Christie Uses Hospital Helipad to Visit Mars Factory
The governor used the helipad at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center when leaving the town.

Gov. Chris Christie stopped by the Mars Corporation in Hackettstown Friday for an unofficial visit.
Mars Chocolate North America was delighted to host Gov. Christie at our Hackettstown factory," Mars Corporation Spokesman Leslie Veneziano said. "We have been manufacturing chocolate in New Jersey for over 70 years. It was a tremendous privilege to share our manufacturing expertise with the governor and for him to meet our dedicated and talented associates."
Christie used the helipad at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center to depart Hackettstown Friday on a State Police helicopter. He also briefly met with hospital staff, and could be seen waving as the helicopter took off.
