The Hackettstown Police Department is looking to hire a Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer according to a post on the department's Facebook page.
Candidates who will be considered for the job must have current New Jersey Training Commission certification as a police officer or Class II special officer from an approved police academy, in addition to a valid driver's license.Â
Those interested in the position should send a resume and cover letter to Lt. Scott Wheeler, Hackettstown Police Department, 215 Stiger Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Resumes will be accepted through Sept. 30.
