Hackettstown Schools Closed Wednesday, Thursday

Police issue alert announcing third and fourth closings caused by Sandy.

The impact of Hurricane Sandy, a post-tropical cyclone by the time it ripped through the area, has caused the closing of the Hackettstown Public Schools for another two days.

According to an alert issued through Nixle by the Hackettstown Police Department, schools in Hackettstown will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. It will be the third and fourth day that Sandy will have closed the district.
