'Home Made' Polish Restaurant Open In Hackettstown
Home Made, located on Main Street in Hackettstown, serves up homemade Polish dishes and desserts.
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Home Made, Hackettstown's newest restaurant, will celebrate its grand opening this Sunday, Sept. 8. The restaurant serves Polish cuisine.
Home Made is located at 269 Main Street. They'll be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Our family immigrated to this country a number of years ago. We fell in love with the friendly, warming community of Hackettstown. There was only one thing missing; to fulfill the perfection that is cuisine of Poland. We looked in Hackettstown with the idea to open HOME MADE restaurant with the best Polish delicacies prepared from our family’s original recipes," the owners say on their website.

Prices for dinner range from $4.5 to red borscht soup, up to $16 for wiener schnitzel. Other favorites include perogies, kielbasa, goulash, and crepes.
A lunch menu is available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is under $10 for most options, including perogies and sandwiches. Everything is available for dine-in or take-out.
