Man Exposed Himself Behind Hackettstown Shopping Center: PD

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Police are searching for a man they say exposed himself behind a Hackettstown shopping center on Halloween.

Police say the man was behind The Shoppes of Hackettstown on Route 46 Halloween night when he exposed himself sometime between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. They did not provide additional details on the reported exposure.

The man, pictured above, is described as a "white male, middle-aged, facial hair, wearing a gray hat, blue t-shirt and dark shorts." He had a bicycle with him at the time, police said.
