Police Log: Disorderly Conduct Among Recent Complaints In Hackettstown
Hackettstown Police found six young men brawling by Route 46 early Sunday morning.

Hackettstown police responded to a call about a fight going on near Route 46 and Route 182:
Sept. 23
Hackettstown Police arrested a 23-year-old from Hackettstown on a $200.00 Hackettstown municipal court traffic warrant. The young man posted the bail and was then released.

Sept. 25
In the wee hours of Sunday morning, at about 2:36 AM, Hackettstown police were called to area around Route 46 and Route 182 for an ongoing fight. When officers got there, six young men were engaged in physical combat with one another, yelling. They were still engaged in fight when the officers arrived, hats strewn here and there, and a cellphone tossed to the ground in a hurry. Police identified the young men, aged 20 to 24, of Hackettstown, Allamuchy, Mount Olive, and Mansfield, and charged all of them with disorderly conduct. They were released pending a court appearance.

Hackettstown Police also, in a separate incident, arrested a 28-year-old man from South Amboy on a $280.00 Hackettstown municipal court warrant.
