Township Men Caught Vandalizing Sign: Police
One of the men – Christopher McMorrow, 21 – had two bags of marijuana on him, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.– Hackettstown police said they charged two township men – one of whom had marijuana on him – who vandalized a Main Street sign Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
Responding officers found one of the men along Main Street while the other was in a stairwell of an apartment building, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.
While speaking with Christopher McMorrow, 21, police detected the odor of marijuana and found two baggies with pot inside on his person, according to Tynan.

McMorrow was charged with marijuana and paraphernalia possession and disorderly conduct, Tynan said.
Vladimir Delacruz, 21, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to the sergeant.
