Two-Month Investigation Nabs Drug Dealer: Hackettstown Police

Nicholas Klypka was charged for heroin distribution, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ - A months-long multi-agency investigation lead to the arrest of a 28-year-old Budd Lake man on heroin distribution charges.

Nicholas Klypka was arrested Dec. 29 after a two-month-long investigation into the distribution of heroin in the Hackettstown area, police said. Klypka was arrested following a motor vehicle stop in Mount Olive Township.

Klypka was charged with two counts of third-degree distribution of heroin, and two counts of third-degree possession with intent to distribute heroin, police said. Klypka was released pending a court appearance.

Hackettstown Police were assisted in the investigation by the Mansfield Township Police, Washington Township Police (Warren County) and the New Jersey State Police.
