West Plane St., Grand Ave. to be Closed for Repairs

The Hackettstown Police issued an alert on their website that two streets in Hacketttown will have lanes closed or traffic diverted for several days.

The streets and timelines are:

• Grand Avenue will be down to one lane in the area of College View Drive on Wednesday, Jan. 8 through Friday, Jan. 10, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting, due to the installation of a new waterline. Police officers will be on scene to assist with traffic;
• West Plane Street will be closed between Washington Street and Main Street (Route 46) on Thursday, Jan. 9 and Friday, Jan. 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m, weather permitting, due to utility work. A Police officer will be on scene to assist with traffic.
