American Dream is forecast to support 16,000 jobs and generate $1.2 billion in income, Gov. Phil Murphy previously said.

American Dream will contain more than 450 retail, food, and specialty stores, and more than a dozen entertainment venues, including indoor amusement and water parks, a LEGOLAND Discovery Center, aquarium, and an NHL-sized ice rink.

The Nickelodeon Universe theme park will have the steepest roller coaster in the world, Big SNOW will have the first indoor ski and snowboard park in the Western Hemisphere, and first Sea Life Aquarium in New Jersey will have a walk-through, saltwater tunnel.

The opening of the aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Center will not occur until early 2020, NJ.com reported recently.
