
Hasbrouck Heights is offering its annual flu vaccine program to its senior this Tuesday.
The Board of Health in conjunction with the Mid-Bergen Regional Health Commission is offering the adult influenza vaccine to Heights residents ages 65 and older on Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Adults 65 and over must show their Medicare card (Part B).Â
There is no pre-registration. Seniors can register on date of distribution.Â
Residents who are covered by Managed Care Plans (HMO) are requested to see their private physician for the vaccine. Adults under 65 and or those who do not have Medicare Part B card will be charged a fee of $20 for the flu vaccine.Â
There is a limited number of vaccines available for those under 65-years-old.Â
