Heights School District Calendar Released

For students, it seems that summer just began. For parents, it's the big countdown to the first day of school.

A copy of the new school calendar has been posted to the Hasbrouck Heights school district's website to help parents and students prepare for the 2013-14 academic year.

Here is a list of important dates to note:

Thursday, Sept. 5

NJEA CONVENTION (No School) 
Thursday, Nov. 7 
Friday, Nov. 8 

THANKSGIVING RECESS
Thursday, Nov. 28 
Friday, Nov. 29 

HOLIDAY RECESS
Monday, Dec. 23 through Wednesday, Jan. 1 

WINTER RECESS
Monday, Feb. 17 through Friday, Feb. 21 

MEMORIAL DAY
Monday, May 26 

GRADUATION
Thursday, June 19
