Huge Nearby Warehouse Sold By Developer
It is not known what Duke Realty will use the 150,000-square-foot building for.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A 150,000-square-foot warehouse in Teterboro was sold recently to a real estate investment trust.
Duke Realty purchased the building at 1 Catherine St. from Catellus Development Corp. for an undisclosed price, CBRE Group Inc. announced. Catellus is a national developer based in Los Angeles.
The state-of-the-art facility is in the Meadowlands industrial submarket near interstates 80 and 95.

Lindenmeyr Munroe, a family-owned paper and stacking distributor, currently occupies the property.
It is not known what Duke Realty will use the property for. A CBRE spokesperson did not return a request for comment.
