Legislators Endorsed By Firefighters, Gun Safety Groups

Assembly members Lisa Swain and Chris were endorsed by 2 firefighters associations and from Moms Demand Action on gun safety.

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ — Three New Jersey emergency services associations endorsed incumbent District 38 Assembly members Lisa Swain and Chris Tully.

Lisa Swain and Chris Tully were endorsed by the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association, the New Jersey Firefighters' Mutual Benevolent Association, and the Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey.

Swain and Tully also received a gun sense candidate distinction from Moms Demand Action, a gun violence prevention group.

"Our most important duty as legislators is to look out for our constituents’ safety and well-being," Swain and Tully said in a joint statement. "We are committed to continuing our strong partnerships with local law enforcement, first-responders, and gun violence prevention advocates so that we can keep protecting New Jerseyans from harm."
