Thursday: Swim Club Teen Night Postponed

According to the Hasbrouck Heights Swim Club website Teen Night has been postponed until Thursday, Aug. 8. The event next week will be  for teens 13 and up. Pizza, game and fun from 7:30 to 10 p.m. $5 for members and non-members. 

Summer reading continues this month at the Hasbrouck Heights Library - Thursdays bring the Dig Into Reading storytime for children going into grades Kindergarten to 2. It meets from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. 

Senior center activities for Thursday include games, cards and coffee at 10 a.m., mahjong from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and senior yoga at 2 p.m. ($1). Also the lounge is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Reminder that the satellite recycling container will be at the Central Avenue lot this Saturday, Aug. 3 from 7 a.m. to noon.
