Wednesday: Heights Library Patrons Get Mini-Golf Discount

Up the road in Paramus the miniature golf course on Paramus Road will give a 50 percent discount on Wednesday, Aug. 21 to anyone who shows a library card. It's open to Hasbrouck Heights library card holders. 

It's chess club day at the library. Chess for beginner players ages 7 to 12 years old from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. More experienced players meet from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. 

Senior center activities today include games, cards and coffee at 10 a.m., mahjong from 10 am. to 2 p.m., senior lounge open to 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Senior aerobics at 2 p.m. ($1 donation)
