Wednesday: Learn to Play Chess at the Heights Library

Volunteers will be at the Hasbrouck Heights Library Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. to teach kids ages 7 to 12 how to play chess. The class is already full but call the library to find out more at 201-288-0484. 

Chess Club for more experienced players runs from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the library. The club has openings for more players. 

Senior center activities Wednesday include games, cards and coffee at 10 a.m., mahjong from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m, senior aerobics at 2 p.m. ($1 fee) and the lounge will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Reminder that the Teen Night at the Hasbrouck Heights Swim Club is going to be this Thursday from 7:30 to 10 p.m. This event was postponed from last week.
