• 106 Kimberly Road: Listed at $315,000, four-bedroom, 2.1-bath split level sold for $305,000 after 43 days;
• 29 Fox Chase Run: Listed at $384,900, four-bedroom, two-bath Cape Cod sold for $384,900 after 77 days;
• 2033 Brooks Blvd.: Listed at $399,750, three-bedroom, three-bath Ranch sold for $365,000 after 205 days;
• 501 S. Woods Road: Listed at $485,000, five-bedroom, three-bath expanded Ranch sold for $480,000 after 75 days;
• 52 Vliet Dr.: Listed at $599,000, four-bedroom, 3.1-bath Colonial sold for $599,000 after 106 days;
• 10 Hampshire Dr.: Listed at $619,000, four-bedroom, 2.1-bath Colonial sold for $600,000 after 28 days.
