'Highest-Priced Condo in Hoboken History' Hits Market

The owner will only pay one-third of normal taxes under a PILOT agreement.

A local realtor has just listed a property that they are billing as the “highest priced condo in Hoboken history.”

AVENUE Residential recently placed a $6.6 million condo on the market, located on the 22nd floor of The W Hotel.

According to a release, the property combines two units for 4,300 square feet of floor space, and includes five bedrooms, five full and two half-baths, three balconies and two valet parking spots.

The property is under a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) lease, and the owner will be responsible for “one-third the cost of typical property taxes,” according to the release.
