Hoboken Architecture Company Wins ‘Firm Of Year’
Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects captured a "Firm of the Year" award from the American Institute of Architects of New Jersey.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The American Institute of Architects of New Jersey (AIA-NJ) has named a Hoboken company as its 2019 “Firm of the Year.”
Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects (MHS Architects) captured this year’s award from the AIA-NJ, which pays tribute to companies that demonstrate a “high degree of major architectural accomplishments regarding professional, technical and community-based attributes.”
The honor was announced as part of AIA’s 2019 Service Awards earlier last month. See the full list of awardees.

Notable assignments recently completed by MHS Architects include Bijou Properties’ 424-unit 7 Seventy House rental building in Hoboken, K. Hovnanian Homes’ Nine on the Hudson waterfront condominium building in West New York, and Roseland Residential Trust’s Metropolitan Lofts rental building in Morristown.
“We’re incredibly honored and appreciative to receive such a prestigious award,” said founding principal Dean Marchetto, who has led the firm for its nearly 40 years in operation.
