Hoboken Business Center To See 'Major Revitalization'

A Hoboken-based development firm has announced plans to launch a “major revitalization” of the 80,000 square-foot, three-story Hoboken Business Center at 50 Harrison Street this fall.
According to a release, planned upgrades for the multi-tenant office building – owned and managed by the JDA Group – include a redesigned lobby, an expanded onsite café with indoor and outdoor seating, and upgrades to corridors and bathrooms.
In addition, JDA Group plans to increase the square footage of the ground floor public areas by around 50 percent.

The building’s tenants currently include Mission 50 Workspaces, a release stated.
JDA President Greg Dell’Aquila stated that the firm is planning future improvements to outdoor areas as well as a possible building expansion.
