Hoboken Condo Building Will Replace ‘Underutilized Structures’

Construction is underway at a five-story condominium at 722 Jefferson Street in Hoboken, its developers say.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Construction is officially underway at a five-story condominium at 722 Jefferson Street in Hoboken, its management company recently announced.

According to the Fields Construction Company, which is serving as the project’s construction manager and general contractor, the 15-unit building will feature a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, each with a deeded parking space, 2,000 square feet of courtyard space, two private rear yards and three, private, 930-square-foot roof decks.

Designed by architecture firm Minervini Vandermark, the building’s exterior is being constructed using a mix of brick, composite wood, metal panels and glass, Fields Construction stated.
