Hoboken Luxury Condo Complex On Maxwell Place Sells Out

HOBOKEN, NJ — And that about does it for sales at 1100 Maxwell Place in Hoboken.

According to a Monday news release from Toll Brothers City Living, sales have been completed at the 12-story, 210-unit luxury condominium on the Hoboken waterfront. Designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Stephen Alton, the property sits near the Hudson River and has views of New York City.

Building amenities include a resident lounge, 24-hour concierge, fitness center, children’s playroom and indoor parking.
