In Hoboken: New Restaurant Coming to Waterfront III
Del Frisco's Grille joins Pearson, Regus and Jet as tenants of the Riverfront property.
Del Frisco’s - a national restaurant chain - will open its first New Jersey location in Hoboken when it moves into the Waterfront III complex on River Street.
According to a release from the project’s developers, SJP Properties, Del Frisco’s leased 9,000 square feet of space in the business complex, joining current tenants Pearson Education, Regus and Jet. [See related Patch article]
The release stated that the new location will feature a wraparound patio, private dining for 40 people and an open island style bar.
