Hoboken Realtor Opens Office On 14th and Bloomfield, Says Area Is ‘Burgeoning’
"The corner of 14th and Bloomfield Streets is an unrealized fulcrum for the expanding area markets," a Hoboken realty company says.

Hoboken, NJ – Make that two for Hudson Place Realty.
The Hoboken-based realty company – whose main office is located on Washington Street - recently opened a second location in the Mile Square City on 14th Street, touting the “burgeoning growth” of the area as a major factor in its decision.
“When the space became available we seized the opportunity to secure the location for a second office,” Taryn Byron of Hudson Place Realty told Patch. “Between the continuing development of the Hoboken waterfront, blossoming northwest neighborhood and great investment opportunities by venturing up the viaduct, the corner of 14th and Bloomfield Streets was somewhat of an unrealized fulcrum for the expanding area markets.”

The corner is “highly trafficked by pedestrians” and is also “convenient to the incoming Manhattan buyer,” illustrating the ease of a NYC commute, Byron said.
“Expanding with an uptown location is a natural next step,” Hudson Place Realty President Jon Sisti said. “The burgeoning growth of the uptown neighborhood allows us to showcase the incredible wealth of properties in the area.”
